Candy Club
Role: User Experience Designer, August 2016 - May 2017
Initiatives: As the first UX designer of Candy Club, I helped improve both the customer shopping experience and membership retention. My initiatives were to make it easier for customers to engage with the merchandise throughout the site, to help members navigate their own accounts, and to engage users with a new Rewards program.
Process: I utilized analytical data, customer service feedback, user testing, and market research to understand why the customers were experiences pain points throughout the site. I collaborated across teams in order to validate ideas and gain buy-in for proposed new solutions. Depending on the scope of the project, I provided clear research, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that I would present to stakeholders and deliver to the development team.
