Accomplishments: Designed and validated the first iteration of the self-service checkout flow with a guided shopping experience (pre-AI adoption). Designed and validated a new internal quote generation sales tool.

Start of the checkout funnel: product landing page

A purchase confirmation displays recommended products and Community advertisement.
The start of product quote creation by the sales team
Sales team is able to generate quotes by entering data and/or pulling from SalesForce database
Sales team can add various product options to the customer's quote.
The sales team can adjust pricing as needed
Lastly, sales can review the quote and decide to make changes if needed.
New API subscribers received a starter guide with instructions on how to onboard themselves
