Role: Senior User Experience Designer, June 2020 - November 2021

Initiatives: Designed a refreshed provider platform for paying business customers to generate leads, market to potential patients and be competitive in their local markets. Created a design system specific for the provide UI that leveraged the RealSelf pattern library and branding. Conducted user research discovery and usability testing to deliver an MVP that included page analytics, performance data and real-time notifications.

Process: Partnered with key business stakeholders into order to understand internal and external user pain points of the current platform. Met directly with providers and user tested them on new design solutions. Conducted card sorting and tree testing workshops to formulate a new platform IA structure.

Accomplishments: Redesigned and restructured the global navigation of the new Provider platform. Designed a new dynamic, homepage dashboard for platform members. Designed a new pricing rewards module for the newly launched provider membership tiers. Designed the wireframe a new provider profile claim page to start acquiring new paying customers.
