Role: User Experience Designer, March 2015 - June 2016
Initiatives: I enhanced, designed, and crafted the experiences for multiple products, and eventually merged them into one cohesive environment. My goals were to make experience improvements with the each product’s navigation, terminology, page structures, and organization of information. I also designed a new internal mobile app that allowed the sales and media buying team to make fast, informed decisions no matter where they were.
Process: I utilized internal customer feedback, user testing, and market research to solve problems with the old and new experiences. I collaborated across teams and worked closely with the product manager to ensure the best experience could be delivered. I provided user scenarios, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes for both stakeholder approval and development.
Devices: Mobile app, desktop
