Role: Senior User Experience Designer, March 2018 - May 2020
Initiatives: My focus is leading the design and strategy for a new suite-wide reporting tool. I partner closely with the product development team to create informative and pleasant reporting experiences that were previously lacking in the system. My goals are to provide reporting tools that customers have requested, design simple reporting tools for the average user, and make custom reporting more accessible across the platform.
Process: I conduct industry research and analyze internal and external customer feedback in order to solve current and potential pain points. I collaborate across teams in order to learn more about our technology and to make informed design decisions. I regularly provide design feedback, user flows, best practices insights, wireframes, and prototypes for both stakeholder approval and development.
